Before starting his flexibility journey, Matt could not even sit upright on the floor. He realised he had to be seriously smart with his training if he wanted to achieve the results he was after.
This lead him to a long journey of research and experimentation - living with Shaolin Monks and mentored by the worlds best coaches such as Charles Poliquin.
By combining all these different influences, Matt developed the method that helped him and his students achieve all splits, full overhead range, bridge, head to toe and more.
Nowadays, Matt also uses his method to coach Olympic athletes like 50m freestyle swimmer Cameron McEvoy (Olympic Gold in Paris 2024 - fastest swimmer in the world).
