The Missing Step Before Any Program
Most people don’t go far with their mobility & flexibility because they miss the first step: the Map.
Meet Matt
A clear map, modelled from years of experience

Matt Smith
Honestly, I used to struggle just sitting upright on the floor. I knew I needed to change, so I started digging into everything I could about mobility, stretching, and human movement.
- I ended up living with Shaolin monks for a while… Yeah, really!
- I also worked with top strength coach, Charles Poliquin, learning world-class techniques, translating what worked into flexibility.
Over time, I started blending all those influences into a method that finally clicked.
What’s crazy is how much it transformed not only me, but the people I coach now. Some of my students have achieved full splits, complete overhead ranges, and just moved way better in their bodies.
And now, I’m coaching Olympic athletes, like Cameron McEvoy, the 50m freestyle swimmer. He is the reigning Olympic champion in the men's 50m freestyle, and also the first Australian man to have won an Olympic medal. It’s pretty surreal knowing I helped him get even better.
Just goes to show, with the right approach and a bit of patience, anyone can unlock their body’s potential.Â

Even when you start with the right map, you still have to put in the work to make progress.Â
You can become flexible as an adult, we've proved it time and time again. Our students work hard, combine that with a potent methodology and you get some incredible results.
Some of these changes happened in a few days, most took several weeks and some the course of over a year. If you're willing to work diligently we can help you with the process.
